If you've subscribed to MVP K9's Autoship Program and wish to modify your order, change delivery date or cancel your subscription follow the directions below.

Step 1:
Login to your account by clicking here
Login using your email and your password. If you forgot your password click on the "Forgot Password" link to have it sent to your email.

IMPORTANT:  If you can't login or you are having trouble logging it is because you do not have an account set up. Setting up an account is free and takes 10 seconds to do. Creating an account allows you to modify or cancel your subscription. Follow the directions below.

Click here to create an account. Click on New Customer Register. Once created, you can then manage and/or cancel your subscription. Follow the directions below.

Step 2:
Once you're logged in, click on the "Manage Subscription" link.

Step 3: 
On this page you will see your current subscription along will all the details on modifying your current subscription order. To cancel your subscription click the “Manage” link then “Cancel subscription”. All changes made on this page will take effect immediately.
